A draft of the first Twine. This game allows the player to take over as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (leader of the UNHCR). The player has to help refugees while staying within budget. Throughout the year options present themselves to better the situation by lobbying for funding or hosting of refugees. On the other side, there are continuous conflicts and expenses. Also, there is a chance that different crises unexpectedly present themselves, making it even harder to manage the rapidly increasing number of refugees within budget.
