It is expected that every quarter of the year there is an expendure of $1.5 billion for ongoing projects, and an increase of 7 million refugees as a result of ongoing unrest. Each quartel you also get the oppurtunity to lobby with countries to either increase the budget or help for refugees. Finally, there is a chance that throughout the year different unexpected crises will present themselves, increasing the number of refugees. There are no definite right or wrong answers, only answers that have a better chance of succeeding!
